Absolute privacy is at the core of Polaris AI's technology. We wish to emphasize the following:
- On-Premise Software: The Polaris platform and AI agent are physically installed on the servers of your local hardware. None of our customers' business data (invoices, documents, messages) travels to the cloud or is accessed by us.
- Zero Telemetry: The local agent does not transmit telemetry, logs, or training corpora outside your network infrastructure.
3. Data Collected and Purpose
Through this website, we collect only the data that you voluntarily provide to us when completing the contact or demo request form:
- Data collected: Name, Company, Email, Industry, and approximate number of employees.
- Purpose: To handle the private demo request, perform the personalized ROI assessment, and respond to direct inquiries.
- Legal basis: The user's express consent, given by completing the form and submitting the request (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Recipients: The data is transmitted directly to the sales team via WhatsApp (or email) in order to initiate contact. It is not stored in a centralized Polaris AI database, nor is it disclosed to third parties.
4. Data Retention
Contact data collected for commercial purposes will be retained for as long as is strictly necessary to handle your request and maintain the business relationship, or until you request its erasure.
5. Your Data Protection Rights
As a user, you have the right to exercise your data protection rights at any time by sending an email to contacto@polaris-ai.es, enclosing a copy of your identity document so that we can verify that your request is legitimate. You have the right to:
